Repped in Tech is for the technology professionals who've felt like outsiders in their careers.
It's for all women — the non-binary, trans women, and women of color in tech — who've felt like they've needed to hide who they are in the industry. It's for the Black people in tech, the Brown people in tech, and all diverse technology professionals who've been in the shadows for far too long.
We're here to give you a platform: A space to make your voice heard, your vision seen, and your value felt.
As diverse technology professionals ourselves, we know what it's like to feel overlooked, underestimated, and put in a box. But we also know the power of taking up space — of amplifying our voices through the power of content creation.
We believe the tech world needs to hear your voice. Diversity in tech can unlock real change, real innovation, and real creativity.

Tech creativity knows no bounds, and neither do we. Let's push boundaries and break molds together.
Repped in Tech is its own thing — a production studio, learning community, and support system wrapped into one. We help fuel your goals by:
Providing education, courses, and resources for diverse technology professionals and their content, like live-streaming, video, or podcasts.
Teaching you how to build a personal brand to share your voice online.
Investing in diverse technology professional's creative projects.
Creating several tech groups, courses, and programs for you to find your community based on your unique goals.
Unlike basic production companies, we're not creating your content. We may or may not be directly involved in the day-to-day production activities. It's your voice that needs to be heard. We're here to facilitate and invest in you so you can hit the ground running with confidence.
Our role? To provide financial support to creators in exchange for a share of the project's profits or other agreed-upon terms.
